Sometimes the need is a trusted team to modernize a system that cannot be switched off, or to deliver a new build end to end. Sometimes it is independent advice on a program already in flight. We do both, and we are candid about which one a situation calls for.
All backend infrastructure is defined as code, and cloud services sit behind adapter interfaces so a system can move cloud or region later. There is no deep, un-abstracted lock-in, and nothing depends on click-ops that no one can reproduce.
